John Burshek, managing partner of performance measurement at MindClick SGM™, has developed award-winning market intelligence solutions to business challenges for more than two decades. Offering deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and research methodologies, Mr. Burshek is a renowned authority in applying the optimal approach to measure clients’ business performance. He oversees the development and implementation of performance measurement tools and methodologies to help companies strengthen sustainability and business performance.
Mr. Burshek has successfully pioneered new performance methodologies used today to measure commerce and advertising success, product feasibility and price elasticity. His research expertise reflects more than 25 years building scorecard-based rating systems for Fortune 100 firms. His development and implementation of TQM benchmark tracking processes has been utilized to achieve Baldridge and Deming quality awards. He is widely known as the founding father of Internet-based consumer satisfaction testing and web site usability optimization.
Mr. Burshek has served a broad spectrum of organizations, including leading global consumer products, technology, financial services, professional services and multi-media companies. As founder and CEO of The Arthur Group, Mr. Burshek created the Customer Experience Success™ program and other breakthrough user feedback protocols, software tools and online testing methodologies utilized by such leading organizations as Amazon, Yahoo! and others. He also has served as principal and chief research officer of NetRaker, Inc., where he developed several SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) research tools. Mr. Burshek has written and lectured extensively about Customer Experience Management and its effect on the business enterprise. He holds an MBA from Seattle University and a B.A. from Warner Pacific College.
